Use these notes to better understand how each scholarship filter works. Selecting multiple values within a filter may broaden results, while combining some filters may narrow the list.

Program Term

Select the academic term during which you plan to study abroad.

Region

Select one or more regions. Scholarships marked Global may apply to all regions.

Level

Select undergraduate, and/or graduate.

Scholarship Name

Select one or more specific scholarships to include those opportunities in your results.

Need/Merit

Use this filter to find scholarships based on financial need, and/or merit.

Source

Source identifies the office, unit, or scholarship provider associated with the opportunity.

College

Use College to narrow results when a scholarship is associated with a specific college. General or blank college values may apply broadly.

Specific Deadline

The exact month in which the scholarship application is due for the current cycle.

Scholarship Application Deadline

The academic term in which the scholarship application must be submitted. This corresponds to the program application cycle.
